Payment for the order is made once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. The only thing paid in advance is the samples, if you request them.

If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.

With the Santiago series, you get a simple and professional jewellery box, suitable for both necklaces and pendants. The classic black colour and matte design with removable lid give the box a streamlined look – ideal for modern jewellery shops and e-commerce formats. The black foam insert is fixed in the base and fitted with cut-outs for hooks, ensuring that the jewellery stays in place and well protected – even during transport or storage.
Stylish black look with a focus on protection
The material consists of sturdy cardboard covered with black paper. Unlike our Boston series, the paper on the Santiago box is not mass-dyed – however, this does not reduce its strength or visual appeal. On the contrary, the black surface of the box combines perfectly with the foam insert, creating a striking contrast with gold, silver and precious stones. The tarnish-free quality helps preserve the appearance of the jewellery – ideal for silver items.
Strong first impression and logo print included
A jewellery box is the customer’s first physical contact with your brand – which is why logo printing is included at no extra cost. Whether you choose the standard size of 60 x 60 mm or use the maximum print area of 90 x 90 mm, our design team will make sure your logo looks sharp and clear.
