What to check before choosing a tape measure

• Length and blade width: 3 m for home use and pockets, 5 m for professional use, 8 m for site work. The wider the blade, the further it will stay extended in the air without bending.
• Brake or auto stop: the blade stays extended until you press the button, so you can measure with one hand.
• Slow rewind: some models slow the blade as it retracts so it does not hit your hand or the case.
• Case: a rubber coating stands up better to drops; recycled plastic or bamboo details fit campaigns with environmental criteria; a chrome or stainless steel finish gives a more professional look.
• Clip or carabiner: to carry it on a belt or clipped to a backpack. On a gift for site work, it is almost essential.

Where the logo goes and which technique to use

The price on each product page includes 1-colour branding in the standard area. More colours or another technique are adjusted in the quote.

• Resin dome sticker: the classic branding for tape measures. A full-colour label covered with a raised layer of clear resin, placed on the round side of the case. It stands up to rubbing and allows your exact brand colour.
• Pad printing: the technique used on almost all models. Ink in one or more colours on the case, on the box cutter handle or on the ruler.
• Laser engraving: on aluminium rulers, metal cases and laser measures; the logo does not wear off with use.
• Engraving on bamboo: on rulers and tape measures with bamboo details, in a toasted tone.
• UV digital printing: full colour on flat surfaces, ideal for logos with gradients.
