When you need an item that is light and easy to hand out, the key things are the unit cost and a logo that reads clearly in a small space. Branded luggage tags, simple locks or small cases in this range work well with pad printing or UV digital print and fit into almost any travel kit.
With accessories this small, the usual mistake is adding fine text or too much detail. If your logo goes on dark plastic and you need colour, UV helps; if the team travels to the United States, check that the lock is TSA before you decide.

This is where you will find accessories that leave home on every trip: organisers, more complete custom luggage tags, waist bags and TSA locks. On fabric they are usually branded with transfer print; on rigid items, with pad printing or UV when the logo has gradients.
Do not build the kit around lots of small items. It usually works better to combine two or three pieces that will genuinely be used, such as an organiser, a tag and a power bank; if you choose an adaptor, check the usual destinations first.

When the accessory goes to meetings or frequent trips, the finish and presentation matter more than volume. Document holders, branded passport holders and travel sets in synthetic leather suit discreet engraving or debossing and let the brand travel without drawing too much attention.
On these items, the print area does not call for large logos. A symbol or a short name usually works better than a busy design, and if you want to protect documents and cards, the product page will show whether the holder or document wallet includes RFID.

The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; extra colours or another technique are adjusted in the quote.
