How much do printed notebooks cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery. The more you order, the lower the unit cost, because the print setup is spread across more notebooks.

For training, conferences and large runs
When the notebook is being handed out to lots of people, it makes sense to choose familiar, lightweight formats, usually A5 or A6, with a soft cover or simple hardback cover and ruled paper. Functional notebooks and basic notebook and pen sets work well here, with screen printing or digital printing on the cover.
The most common mistake is choosing the cover from the photo rather than for the logo. On a dark cover, a similar colour loses impact; on plain light covers, digital printing helps if your logo has gradients. If you want them ready to hand out straight in the room, add printed pens to the same quote.

For everyday use, what matters is that the notebook opens well, stands up to being carried in a bag and is easy to write in without a desk. A5 hardback notebooks or better-finished soft cover ones usually work well, with ruled pages and details such as a ribbon or elastic closure. Foil blocking or clean screen printing gives the cover a smart, understated look.
Do not overlook the inside pages. Giving plain or dotted pages to people who mostly write continuous notes often misses the mark; if you do not know the team’s preference, ruled pages are the safe choice. If the notebook represents your brand in front of a client or in an important meeting, feel and finish matter more. In the premium range, better-finished hardback covers, larger desk formats and notebook and pen sets stand out, with foil blocking or engraving on the cover so the logo stays subtle.
Avoid choosing a metallic foil finish if your logo has very fine lettering: narrow strokes can fill in. For small details, engraving often works better. And if you would rather choose something already ready for gifting, look first at notebooks that already include a pen before moving to a separate set.

The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; if you choose another method or more colours, that is adjusted in the quote.
