Branded fleeces with your logo for business
Branded fleeces for companies are the outer layer people wear most outside work: half zip, a small embroidered logo and a colour that goes with everything. If you need a different fit or more warmth, below you’ll find softshell and sweatshirt alternatives.
A garment people actually wear, not put away
Branded fleeces have one big advantage over other branded corporate clothing: they are proper outerwear. A 300 g/m² fleece with a well-finished zip gets worn for a winter walk, not just in the office. That is why it works so well as a year-end gift, as kit for field teams and as an extra layer for cold offices.
The difference between a fleece people wear and one they do not usually comes down to three details: the weight (below 200 g/m² it gives little warmth and loses shape), the anti-pill treatment (without it, bobbles appear after a few washes, especially on elbows and cuffs) and the logo size. A small embroidered logo on the left chest, in one or two colours, looks right; a 20 cm logo across the back turns the garment into a uniform.
Fleece, softshell or sweatshirt: which layer to choose
| Garment | Fabric and weight | When to choose it | Recommended branding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light microfleece | Anti-pill polyester, 140-180 g/m² | Cold offices: warm without getting in the way when typing | Flat embroidery on the chest, 6-8 cm |
| Half-zip fleece | Anti-pill polyester, 220-280 g/m², high neck | Year-end gifts and anniversaries | Embroidery on the chest |
| Full-zip fleece | Polyester, 300-320 g/m², zipped pockets | Field teams and warehouse staff | Embroidery on the chest; transfer on the back |
| Sherpa fleece | Long-pile polyester, 320-360 g/m² | A gift with the look of a retail garment | Sewn patch or small embroidery |
| Three-layer softshell | Polyester outer, windproof and water-repellent membrane, microfleece inner | Outdoor work and outdoor events | Transfer, vinyl or patch |
| Brushed sweatshirt | Cotton and polyester, 280-320 g/m² | Mid-season and everyday wear | Embroidery or screen printing |
Weights are indicative. The composition of each model is shown on its product page.
More outerwear styles with your logo
If you cannot find the fit or colour you want here, look at the neighbouring garments that do the same job. Softshell jackets and parkas are warmer and protect against wind and light rain: they are the option for teams who work outdoors. Personalised sweatshirts in heavy brushed fabric do the job of a personalised fleece in mid-season and can take a large screen print on the back. And if you want warmth without sleeves, among our branded gilets you will find fleece and padded styles.
All these garments can go on the same quote, with the same logo. The minimum is 10 units per item, so you can combine, for example, custom fleeces for one team and softshells for another.
How to brand a fleece
The price on each product page includes one-colour branding in the standard position. More colours, another technique or a second position are included in the quote.
- Embroidery. The standard technique: it stands up to washing, has the look of a quality garment and works well on pile fabric. The usual choice is a 6 to 9 cm logo on the left chest.
- Fine detail. The pile of the fleece softens very fine lines and small text. Simplify the logo or make it a little larger; in the mock-up you can see how it will look.
- Gradients or many colours. Thread does not reproduce them well; a patch or transfer keeps closer to the original.
- Second position. Sleeve or back neck, small, as a detail.
Typical mistakes with branded fleeces
- Less than 200 g/m² as a winter gift. It gives little warmth and loses shape.
- Forgetting anti-pill treatment. Without it, bobbles appear after a few washes.
- Ironing the fleece. Pile polyester gets flattened by heat, and you should never iron over the branding.
- Locking in sizes too early. Size breakdown is optional when you request a quote: you give the total and confirm it later with the size chart. If you prefer each person to choose their own size and colour, the Pekata gifting platform does that, but it is a separate service.

How we choose
If you wouldn't wear it on a Saturday, it's no good.
The test for a corporate garment is simple: if someone wears it on a Saturday, the money is well spent. That depends on the weight, the cut and that the logo doesn't take up half the back.
- 180-gram cotton for T-shirts, 280 for sweatshirts
- Sizes from XXS to 5XL in basics
- Up to 28 colours to match the corporate tone
Fleeces: the entire catalogue is branded in Europe, with delivery within the timeframe we agree with you.
The detail
Chest embroidery beats large prints.
Discreet, durable and with a touch of a personal brand. In corporate textiles, less logo means more garment.
