Material and marking techniques
All the models are textile, mostly lightweight polyester with sewn or heat-sealed reflective bands. They fold down small, fit in a glovebox or a rucksack and spring back into shape when taken out.
Screen printing and screen transfer are used when the logo has few colours, and digital transfer when it has gradients or many shades. Depending on the model, UV digital printing and resin doming are also available for rigid parts or areas. Before production you receive a free simulation with your logo placed on the vest.
