Embroidery and 3D embroidery

Your logo is stitched with thread straight onto the front of the cap. 3D embroidery adds volume to lettering and simple shapes.

Cotton and recycled material

There are cotton, blended and polyester-acrylic models, and a good share are made with recycled material. Many are amfori BSCI certified.

Five or six panels

The 6-panel cap has a front with a centre seam; the 5-panel cap gives you a smooth, wide front for the embroidery.

Embroidered caps for teams, events and trade shows

An embroidered cap works as part of the uniform for a field, installation or customer-facing team, and as a welcome item for new starters. It also hands out well at trade shows, races and outdoor events, where people put it on straight away.

For activities with children there are kids' versions, such as the Feniks Kids, and for summer there are sun hats and beanies like the Solaris. That way you can dress a whole group with the same look.

Material, weight and branding method

Fabric weight sets the body of the cap: between 150 and 250 g/m2 for light everyday wear, and from 250 g/m2 for caps with more structure, such as the Davis or the Impact in brushed recycled cotton. The fastening can be Velcro, buckle or snapback, and a curved peak is the most common.

As well as embroidery, some models take screen printing, transfer, printed patch or engraved leather patch. The catalogue price already includes one-colour branding in the standard area, and before you pay you get a free mock-up with your logo on the cap you have chosen.

How to choose personalised embroidered hats

Material
Cotton is the most common and feels good against the skin; blends and polyester-acrylic stand up well to heavy use. If sustainability matters to you, filter by recycled material.
Panels and peak
Choose 5 panels if you want a smooth front for the embroidery, or 6 panels for a more classic shape. For summer events, consider sun hats or beanies without a peak.
Type of fastening
Velcro adjusts quickly and suits handing out to a lot of people. A buckle gives a neater finish and the snapback is the urban-style option.
Flat or 3D embroidery
Flat embroidery reproduces detailed logos well. 3D embroidery adds relief and works best with simple, thick lettering and shapes.

What is the minimum order for embroidered hats?

The minimum order is CZK 2,447 excluding VAT per quote, adding up all the products in the quote. You can combine different models in the same quote. Some models are manufactured from a minimum quantity; when that is the case it is shown on the product page.

Can I see how my logo will look before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo placed on the cap. You only pay once you approve the mock-up, before production starts.

What file format should I send my logo in?

A vector file works best: SVG, AI or PDF. That lets us prepare the embroidery more precisely.

How long does production take?

Two to three weeks from the moment you approve the mock-up is normal. It depends on the technique and the quantity.

Can I ask for a sample before the full order?

Yes, you can request samples before production. They are useful for checking the fabric, the fit and the colour of the cap.

What happens if the embroidery comes out wrong?

If the branding is defective or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost. Your quote reaches you within 24 working hours, with no obligation.
