Capacity and how it is carried: the two decisions

Most of the range is made up of flexible branded cool bags: fabric insulated bags with an insulating inner lining that fold or flatten when empty. They are lightweight and easy to store in a cupboard, which means they get used for years, not just for the outing they were given for. If you need a hard cooler, check each product description or ask us in the quote.

The first decision is capacity. A bag for 4 or 6 cans, around 4 or 5 litres, is enough for one person’s lunch. With 12 or 15 litres, you can fit food for a day trip for 2 or 3 people, and above 20 litres you are looking at a group cooler. The second decision is how it is carried: by hand, over the shoulder, as a tote bag or on your back in an insulated backpack that keeps your hands free.

What helps it keep things cool

An insulated bag does not chill: it keeps the temperature of what you put inside. That is why the result depends on three things: the thickness of the insulation, the closure and what you put in it. A zip that runs around the lid closes better than a flap, and an ice pack or drinks that are already cold when packed make it useful for much longer.

Also check the inner lining: if it can be cleaned with a cloth, the bag can be reused easily after every meal. The materials of each model, inside and out, are shown on its product page. Typical mistakes when ordering cool bags with logo

• Choosing the biggest one just in case. A cooler of more than twenty litres is for a group. For one person’s day-to-day use, a lunch bag gets used far more.
• Branding over seams or pockets. Your logo needs a flat panel. In the mock-up, we place it in the area the model allows, away from folds and zips.
• Fine details on non-woven material. This material absorbs ink and very fine lines lose definition. A simple one-colour logo with thicker lines works better.
• Not checking the bag colour. On a dark bag, a dark logo disappears; in that case, we print it in white or in a light colour from your brand.

Recycled materials and what they pair with

Many coolers in the range are made from recycled PET, recycled polyester or nylon, recycled felt or recycled non-woven material, and some include cork details. The composition and, where applicable, the recycled certification are shown on each product page. If your company is developing an eco merchandising range, this is an easy category to include.

An insulated bag works well in summer campaigns, on company days and as a gift for teams who eat away from the office. It pairs well with lunch boxes and reusable cutlery, with branded flasks for coffee on the way or, in summer, with a picnic blanket.

   On each product page, you can see the price with branding included and how it drops with quantity. The minimum is 10 units per item.

   Mock-up and quote

   Send us your logo, ideally in SVG, AI or PDF. Within 24 working hours, you will receive the quote and a free mock-up with the logo placed on the cooler.

3. 3

   Production and shipping

   You pay when you approve the mock-up. Production usually takes two to three weeks, and shipping is tracked to one address or several sites across the EU.
